Eltor

1. Definitions

“Eltor” means the app and related support pages. “Review Board” means an analyzed image with your selected composition guide and board settings. “Credits” means consumable in-app purchase balance that can be used for eligible export-related actions inside the app.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, opening, or using Eltor, you accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

3. Use of the Service

• You may use Eltor for personal composition review, framing study, and related creative planning.
• You may only import, capture, save, or export images that you have the right to use.
• You must not use Eltor in a way that violates law, infringes rights, or interferes with the service.

4. User Accounts

Some parts of Eltor may require you to enter the studio flow and accept app notices before using protected features. You are responsible for the images, notes, and actions you initiate through your use of the app.

5. Purchases and Credits

• Credits purchases are offered through Apple’s in-app purchase system.
• Credits are consumable virtual goods for eligible export-related actions and do not have cash value.
• Free export allowance may be available in the app and may be used before credits, depending on the feature state shown to you.
• Purchase processing, billing, and refunds are subject to Apple’s rules and policies where applicable.
• If a purchase cannot be confirmed, credits will not be delivered until the transaction is successfully completed.

6. Intellectual Property

Eltor, its software, branding, guide system presentation, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain rights to images and reflections you contribute, and you grant only the limited permissions needed for the app to display, save, export, and manage that content as part of the service.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Eltor is provided on an “as available” basis. Composition guidance, visual overlays, and review summaries are creative tools and not professional, legal, medical, or safety advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eltor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Service Availability

Features may change, pause, or become unavailable from time to time. Camera, photo, microphone, speech-recognition, purchase, and linked web-page features may depend on permissions, platform services, and network availability.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted on this page unless a different effective timing is stated.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator provides Eltor, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
